ASSISTANCE OVERVIEW:
All assistance requests are scheduled by answering service,
if working with a client or during after-hours 6pm-10am.

standard business hours of 10am-6pm PST.

Based on our average
call back response time you should receive acknowledgement
of your service request within 1-2 hours, usually less than
1 hour. At that time we will arrange an actual dispatch time
to your location.
SERVICE TERMS:
There is a minimum one hour service fee for all
assistance, and the fee thereafter is billed in 30-minute
increments on all services.
EASTERN WASHINGTON MILEAGE RATE LOCATIONS:
Most
areas in Eastern, Washington are served by PC Bug
Doc -- please contact us to discuss your project. Based on
the size of the proposed bid, these on-site mileage fees are
negotiable and will be waived for any 3+ hour commitment.

PAYMENT TERMS
Established customers only may pay with check upon approval.
New customers must pay with 'cash', PayPal, or 'by
Visa/MasterCard via PayPal' upon job completion. No
Checks... No Exceptions...

Bug Doc has reduced for a limited time only the phone-in
support fee from $1.99 per-minute to only $0.99 per-minute
from 10am-6pm PST. There is a $10.00 fee for phone-in fee
support. PC Bug Doc only accepts PayPal and Visa/Mastercard
at this time for phone-in assistance. Emergency phone-in
rates will be posted when school resumes in the fall.
REQUEST RMA OR
RMA STATUS INFORMATION
At the present time PC Bug Doc supports only RMA through
email. For RMA requests or status please email your invoice
#, reason for requesting RMA, and how you want your return
processed (i.e. replacement, refund, credit, etc) to
pcbugdoc ++remove++@ gmail.com (remove "++remove++" before
submitting for any RMA). Please allow 24-48 hours for RMA's
to be processed and instructions for returning merchandise
to be submitted back to you.
